Service Description

This method of coaching uses somatic tools to create long lasting change. It is a slow paced, experimental, embodied experience and suitable as a stand alone treatment. As new science emerges, we are understanding the intricate link between the body and the mind (your physiology and your psychology). This relationship has been named the 'felt sense' and is the totality of your experiences as a human being. The felt sense is extremely wise and connects you with living in the present. In this kind of coaching you learn to hear what the felt sense is telling you and let it be your guide for next steps in life. Overall creating symbiosis, healing, and growth. You decide what you would like to work on and bring this to the session. Session can be in person or on video. Cancellation Policy: Please Remember: 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service or coaching session. Each service time is set aside and prepared especially for you. Respecting and honouring our time together is of utmost importance, for myself, for you, and for others who want to book a service. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee of up to the cost of the service. If, for any reason, I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice to you- you will get a $25 credit towards your next service. Thank you for your understanding.
